Accessories: He has a pair of blue stud earrings and a silver chain necklace with a cross on it. He keeps a hidden knife in his shoes so that when he knocks on the side of the shoes, the knife comes out. He also has a fancy looking ring that he wears while he's working as a mafioso.

Personality
Behavior: He just goes with the flow. He's very laid back and jokes around a lot with friends. He's a nice kid in general and rarely ever gets mad. When he does, the person that ticked him off is said to have been sent to a hospital the next day.

Special Ability: -Scanner Eyes- Tobi can observe an enemy with his eyes and tell what flames the enemy can use and the enemy's general strength. If he looks into the eyes of the enemy from up close, he can tell what the enemy is thinking.

Weapon and Description: Rain Gloves- A pair of fingerless gloves with steel knuckles and a raindrop on the top. Tobi can use his flames to coat the gloves with flames and create different types of weapons with them too.

History: Tobi was originally born in Korea but moved to Namimori City in Japan when he was one year old. His father was rarely home so he lived with his mother most of his life. At around 5, his father stayed home and started teaching him martial arts and his mother taught him useful skills like cooking and singing. At 6, he started attending school while going through both his father's training and his mother's home tutoring.

At around the age of 10, he mastered all the martial arts his father taught him and created his own style. He was also a brilliant singer and a wonderful cook; he even taught himself how to play the guitar during his own time. His father started disappearing again soon after. He hasn't come back for the next two years. During the third year of his disappearance, Tobi's mother got a letter from the mafia family he was working at. Jinsoo had died while fighting against a different family.

At 13, Tobi learned of his father's dead and isolated himself from the world for the next few months. This changed when, one day, Tobi's mother came with a big, fancy box. She opened it to reveal a mask, gloves, a ring and an envelope. She told him that Jinsoo was a well respected mafia member and that he wanted Tobi to follow in his footsteps. Tobi, trying to hold back his tears, accepted the mask and gloves and the envelope addressed to him. He read the contents of it and finally decided to go to his father's mafia family and train there.

He is now 16 and is a full-fledged, freelance mafioso. He finished his training and has now returned to Namimori City, his hometown.
