Once your character's are approved, you can develop them as you progress into the RP, this is where you do that, instead of your original applications.
Here, you will come to exchange FAKE cell phone numbers. The numbers will be given to you by an admin and you can use that number as a way to contact others. You will have to remember whos in your contacts though.
