A coven of black witches have grown power hungry. They aren't content controlling their own little corner of what they consider "paradise." It is only a great way of living for them.
They are on the move, eying the cities that so many heroes protect. They know they cannot do it on their own. They will have those cities regardless. Consulting their book of shadows, they find the perfect weapon. The deceased. Heroes and villains alike will answer their power, truly being resurrected. Unfortunately, their will is not their own.
They will be forced to fight not only old foes, but friends as well as they try to take over city after city. The living will have to hunt down the source and free the enslaved before they accomplish the witches goals.
